Welcome to NOD Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from NOD Studio.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or engaging NOD Studio for a bespoke project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About NOD Studio

NOD Studio provides bespoke interior, kitchen, door, furniture and related design and manufacturing services. Our products may include:

Because many of our products are made to order, specifications, materials, colours, finishes and dimensions may vary according to the customer’s requirements.

2. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products

Many NOD Studio products are manufactured specifically for individual customers.

Once a bespoke order has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible where materials have already been purchased, cut, manufactured or otherwise committed to the project.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving:

NOD Studio will manufacture the product according to the final approved specification.

3. Quotations and Prices

All quotations are based on the information and specifications available at the time of quotation.

A quotation may include materials, manufacturing, installation, delivery, design or other services as specifically stated.

Unless otherwise stated:

4. Measurements

Where NOD Studio is responsible for taking measurements, measurements will be taken by our team or appointed representative.

Where measurements are provided by the customer or another third party, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the measurements are accurate.

NOD Studio cannot be held responsible for manufacturing issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer or a third party.

For kitchens, wardrobes, doors and other fitted products, site conditions may affect final measurements and installation.

5. Design Approval

For bespoke projects, NOD Studio may provide drawings, layouts, renders, samples or other design information for customer approval.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before manufacturing begins.

Once the customer has approved the design, subsequent changes may result in additional costs and/or delays.

6. Materials, Colours and Finishes

Natural materials such as wood, timber and veneer may contain variations in colour, grain, texture and pattern. These variations are natural characteristics and should not necessarily be considered defects.

Colours displayed on computer, mobile or tablet screens may differ from the actual material or finish.

Where appropriate, customers are encouraged to view physical samples before making a final selection.

Minor variations between samples, photographs, displays and the finished product may occur.

7. Doors and Timber Products

Timber and timber-based products can naturally respond to changes in temperature and humidity.

Minor movement, changes in grain appearance or small variations in colour may occur naturally.

Such characteristics do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers should ensure that doors and timber products are installed and maintained in suitable environmental conditions.

Any refund or cancellation will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms of the order and relevant consumer protection laws.
