At NOD Studio, we want you to love what you bring into your space. If it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple.
14-Day Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at thenodstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and not damaged
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll sort it out quickly at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or assembled items
- Custom or made-to-order products (if applicable)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return your product and place a new order.
